Year 6 Visit to Merseyside Emergency Services Training Centre

Friday 6^th July 2018

 

Our Year 6 pupils have been invited to attend a Workshop event at the Merseyside Emergency Services Training Centre on Friday 6^th July 2018.  The day will consist of 7 Workshops including:

Fire and Rescue Service

Merseyside Police Firearms Team

Road Safety

Travel Safe

Online Safety

NHS – A&E Team

Coast Guards

The children will leave school at 9.00am and travel to the event by bus.  We will return to school in time for the end of the school day at 3.15pm.

Your child will need a packed lunch in a labelled plastic bag.  Please ensure all contents are disposable and that there are no glass bottles.  If your child is entitled to a free school meal and you would like the kitchen to prepare a packed lunch for them, please contact the school office or your child’s class teacher.  All children should come to school in their school uniform for the visit.

We would request a voluntary contribution of £5.00 to help cover the cost of transport for this trip and would appreciate if payment could be made via ParentPay.
